Music Room

B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, is proud to offer its students and faculty a dedicated Music Room — a purposefully designed space that recognises the vital role of the arts in the holistic development of medical professionals. Located on the third floor of the college building, conveniently accessible from the staircase, the room spans approximately 200 square feet and has been thoughtfully set up to serve as a creative retreat from the demands of a rigorous academic environment.

The room has been acoustically treated with professional-grade acoustic wall panelling across all four walls, featuring a distinctive geometric design that controls sound effectively while lending the space a vibrant, creative character. It is equipped with a ceiling-mounted speaker system, a dedicated microphone setup, LED panel lighting, a ceiling fan, and warm wooden flooring — ensuring both comfort and quality acoustics during practice sessions.

The Music Room is open to all students and faculty members and is intended to encourage collaboration, creativity, and stress relief. At B. J.
